CAREER CHOICE

                   The most important if I have worked is Schedule Flexibility because will affect our performance within the company. If  Schedule Flexibility it is certain then we can set the time for our activities at home, doing hobbies, family time, me time, and doing another work. It also affects us to be less stressful with a busy schedule in the office. And number two the most important is Salary, because Salary will support our lives. Ranging from finance life, provide for the family, and support hobbies. And the third is Medical Benefits because healthy is the number one in work, if we are in good health always then we will maximal in doing work. So Medical Benefits very helpful in worked. And then the number fourth is Sick Pay because the company should give benefits to its employees if it hurts.

                   Number fiveth is Child Care because if we already have children then we do not have to worry about cost issues if the child is sick. Number sixth is Job Security because this is the security that every employee must have in order to work more quietly and safely. The number seventh is Vacation Pay because an employee also needs time to vacation and release stress, so that his mind becomes calm and can work optimally again. The number eighth is Pension Plan because Pension funds are needed by employees if at old age later they can seek treatment calmly and do not need much expense. And the number nineth is Telecommute Days and the last or number tenth is Disability Benefits.

                     If my supervisor is making poor decisions for the company, I will say Try to review and think more deeply what the impact of decisions you have made on employees, companies, and the future of us all. Maybe we should have a meeting to discuss this and maybe you can change the previous decision. Why?, because This will concern the future of the company and if it is wrong to make a decision that losses not just the company, but the employees can also be affected. Just imagine the company is closed because of wrong in making decisions, then automatically the employees will be stopped and will increase unemployment. And their families will live hard. Maybe so many opinions and options if we are already working in a company someday. Then we must be wise in choosing something to have a good impact for us and those we love. GOOD LUCK!
